SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping destinations:
We ship worldwide.
- Shipping costs:
- Spain (peninsula) & Portugal: FREE.
- Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla and Canary Islands): 9,90€.
- Europe: the shipping cost will be 4,90€ for orders over 100 €. For orders under 100€ the shipping cost will be 9,90€.
- United Kingdom: the shipping cost will be £19.90.

Local customs charges will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping time:
Orders are processed and prepared within a maximum of 24/48 working hours after purchase. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within 24/72 hours in Spain and Portugal. During sales and promotions periods, the delivery time may be longer than usual, and we cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to the transport company.
- Delivery:
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. The purchase invoices will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in his purchase request in the online shop.
