Exchanges and Refunds
The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.
The items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, as well as in their packaging and with their original labeling. The items will be reviewed by the MUTLU team, in order to assess the good condition of these and the acceptance of the return.
Shipping costs of the first return will be borne by MUTLU, (except for customs charges if any, which would be borne by the customer). No exchanges or returns of costume jewelry items are accepted, for reasons of hygiene. We will only exchange costume jewelry items if they are defective or damaged.
